Gaylene Adams is a lifelong resident of Morgan County. She has been a member of the Morgan County Board of Education representing District 3 since January 10, 2017. Gaylene was reelected to a second term and currently serves as board president. Her passion for teaching started at a young age and she pursued her dream by attending Utah State University on a teaching scholarship. Gaylene has dedicated over thirty years to working at various levels in the public school system and also operated her own preschool for several years. She strongly believes that excellence in public schools promotes a strong community and is thankful that Morgan County provided a supportive environment for her and her husband to raise their five children. Gaylene views education as a critical catalyst for opportunity and a means to address many social and economic challenges. She particularly enjoys visiting schools as one of her favorite duties as a board member.
Kelly has lived in Morgan his whole life, growing up on Stoddard Lane. He attended school at the Morgan County School District and graduated from Morgan High School, where he played on the football and golf teams. He was also a member of the FFA and served as the student body Vice President during his senior year. Kelly received several awards, including an Outstanding Teenager of America Award and a scholarship from Weber State University. He married Connie Francis, also a Morgan High School graduate, and they have three children, Kasey, Aaron, and Charity, as well as 13 grandkids. Kelly retired from the Devil Slide Cement Plant in Croydon after working there for 37 and a half years. He now enjoys following his kids and grandkids in all their activities and traveling with family and friends. Kelly is an active community member and previously served on the Morgan City Planning and Zoning Board for 5 years. He currently serves on the school board, where he has been a member for a little over seven years. Additionally, he had the opportunity to serve for two years on the Utah School Board Association and for nearly two years on the UHSAA board. Kelly loves Morgan, being part of a great community, and being able to serve all members of the district, from the staff members to the awesome students.
Andrea Brooks has been volunteering in Morgan School District for over 17 years. She brings to the board the perspective of a parent who has served in the classroom, at the school level and on several district committees. Being motivated by the knowledge she has gained through being Community Council Chair and PTO President, she looks forward to bringing her perspective to the board.

Angie Trease was recently elected to the board in 2024. She resides in Mountain Green with her husband, Ryan, her three sons and two dogs. She has also been involved in Morgan schools prior to being elected as board member, serving on the sex ed/health committee updating policy and vetting curriculum programs to ensure alignment with state standards, state school board rules, and legislative laws before being adopted. Mandy Wallace has been a resident of Mountain Green for 20 years. She lives with her husband Seth, 5 children, and 2 large child-like dogs. Due to the growth in the valley over the last 20 years, she has had the unique opportunity to have her children attend all 5 public schools in Morgan County. This has given her great insights into each beautiful school's various strengths and values. Mandy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing from Weber State University and has worked in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years while raising her children. This has allowed her to serve the community in many capacities over the years, including on many PTSO committees, community council, the MHS scholarship board, as a Republican caucus delegate, and volunteering in countless classrooms. Her current assignments on the school board are to serve as the Co-Chair of the Morgan Education Foundation and the Chair of the Sex Ed Committee. As the most junior member of the school board, she has enjoyed attending various educational opportunities such as state and national level board training, volunteering as a Joint Legislative Committee delegate, and attending the USBA Delegates assembly last year, where she learned a lot about the legislative process and its effect on public schools. She looks forward to continuing to serve the people of Morgan County.
